Adsense: Now is the Good Ole Day

You may hear from time to time that the days of adsense is over. The big guys have positioned themselves to take the Google Gold. But, I don’t think that is true. Google’s pot is full of ads waiting for good content sites to display them. You’ve heart the term VRE or Virtual Real Estate. Well, just like in the real Real Estate business, VRE is in. On guru has proclaimed 2007 as the “Year of VRE.”

You may have drove past a mall that used to be farm land. Some one owned the Real Estate and most likely made a killing by selling it. You sigh, “If I only had owned that piece of property.” While down the road is a large farm for sale at a great price and most likely will be the next mall.

So what’s VRE all about. It’s owning, NetEstate. You first purchase it by purchasing a URL. Then, like in Monopoly, you begin to improve it. You put up a niche site. You continue to improve it. You add square footage to it, in this case more content. Soon, it will be a two story building headed for becoming a sky scrapper. You repeat the process.

It does take time, energy, and some money to play in the market, but it will be worth it.
